Water/Legionella Risk Assessments
Testing water systems and conducting assessments is a key part of keeping sites safe. Ensuring that the water quality is of a sufficient standard and not potentially housing harmful bacteria which could impact health is vital.
We have individuals who conduct water risk assessments across the country which are all done in accordance with ACOP L8 Approved Code of Practice. Within the assessment we will inspect all areas which house water in the property including; Cold Water Systems, Hot Water Systems, Point Of Use Heaters, Storage Tanks, Logbooks and much more.
Following the site visit where we inspect all water systems, we will produce a report based upon our findings. This will consist of a scored tabled based on how well each item is managed, and comments for improvement. Within the findings we will also add images to highlight where any potential issues are within the building.
