At Holtwell we help clients and business keep their people and sites safe with comprehensive Fire Risk Assessments.

Our Fire Risk assessments are all carried out by fully qualified professionals registered to IFSM as well as being accredited to NFRAR. Depending on the complexity of building we allocate different levels of experience to undertake the Risk Assessments.

When conducting a Fire Risk Assessment, we will consider many areas of the property as part of the visit. First we identify the risks and hazards along with the people at risk, this can vary depending on the industry. Following a thorough site visit looking at the Risks,  Hazards and Fire Protection measures our assessors will then write up a report to capture all of the information gathered during the site visit.

The report will display the full risk assessment along with an action plan detaillng the risks identified and actions on how to improve these.

Our Fire Risk Assessments are conducted in accordance with the Fire Safety Act 2021 and Building Safety Act 2022 and also under the guidance of The Regulatory Reform 2005 (Fire Safety).

We also conduct Fire Door Surveys which take a deep dive into each individual doors fire stopping capabilities.
