Air Quality is crucial element to keeping places safe and enhancing performance. At Holtwell we provide a range of Air Quality consultancy along with TM44 Inspections to ensure all conditioning units are safe.

Our Air Quality works use measuring tools to check the quality of air within a specific region, which can then be measured over a particular set of time to determine results and findings. From here we can dive into the results and benchmark against the recommended levels to make sure the environment is safe. We check levels of various elements in the air such as; Airborne Particles, Carbon Dioxide, Bacterias, Humidity, & Temperature.

In addition to this, we can also support with TM44 inspections to ensure air conditioning units and air handling units are safe and working within the recommended requirements. Ensuring these are kept in good condition is also important when it comes o the overall air quaity of the building.
